Dear Patients of Guilden Sutton Dental Practice,
This is a very important message for all our patients – please take the time to read in its entirety.
Due to a failure in our back up facility between the 20th June 2021 and 12th July 2021, unfortunately all appointments made, amended or cancelled and any information regarding changes in contact details have been lost from our database.
We unreservedly apologise for this and can assure you that our team have been working tirelessly to restore this information from all other sources we have had available.
We are now relying on our patients who may have contacted us during this period to contact us urgently so we can restore the information and appointments.
Any appointments made during this period will only be secured until 4.30pm on Monday 9th August.
If you have not contacted us with the appointment details by this date then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to see you at your appointment time.
Whilst we appreciate this may be extremely inconvenient, we would like to ask you to remain civil and respectful to our staff at all times.
We have seen an increase in abusive behaviour towards our team during the pandemic.
While this is aimed only at a small number of patients, sadly; we now feel we have to remind everyone that we have a zero tolerance policy.
In line with other NHS services – we do reserve the right to refuse treatment and to deregister patients who are abusive or aggressive towards any member of our team.
To all our patients, we want to thank you for your support during a very difficult time and look forward to seeing you in the surgery again soon.
With kindest regards
Dr Hannah McKinnon and Dr Heather Ryves
